Continuing a strong position against infringement, Halo announces the appointment of Hogan Lovells as international legal partner for intellectual property enforcement. With offices in over 40 offices around the world, we believe Hogan Lovells will be a great partner in the continued pursuit of copyists. In addition, Halo announces the appointment of a new full-time internal legal counsel to the team whom will be based in Hong Kong and drive expansion of our international portfolio of intellectual property rights including designs, copyright, domain names and trademarks.
Following on from successful cases against Foshan DOB Furniture Co. Ltd and Foshan Zhongrui Furniture Co. Ltd in China and retailers in China, Halo is actively pursuing enforcement cases against infringers in the Netherlands, India, the United Kingdom and France, including retailers and online stores.
